All, I found a post online that mentioned a way to get EAD/etc. tracking numbers without needing to wait for USCIS to send them. It involves signing up for an account at usps.com, and setting it up with your address (the one that USCIS will mail packages to). Go to "Package Preferences" and set it to "Send me all future activity for this item." It will show you shipping labels that have been printed for your address! I just got this notification, while the USCIS page is still stuck on "We mailed your card".

06/16/17....New EAD status: Card was Mailed to Me

06/19/17....Received hard copies of EAD/AP approvals

06/22/17....Received EAD/AP combo card.

11/06/17....AOS Interview scheduled: APPROVED!!

11/15/17... Received Green Card in the mail.

Yeah some October filers without rfe/name check wait are still waiting and some May 17 filers with rfe have had their ead for a while. I guess it is just telling us whether our case is behind or not. 

 

I hope everyone in need gets positive news soon.

I usually go by the VJ Processing times. Last time I checked it said that the EADs with the date March 11th are getting approvals. I always had the feeling that the VJ Times are pretty accurate. Most Feb Filers have had their EAD for a little while apart from a few exceptions which are mainly people with RFIEs (including me 🙆🏻).

5/5 mailed marriage cert to uscis

5/15 status changed to response to rfe received

6/13 status changed to 'ready to schedule for interview'

6/22 sent SR for EAD 

7/1 SR response 'due to rfe response received on 5/15. 90 days processing starts on 5/15. 

7/13 100 DAYS MARK from aos date 

7/23 Received eap and ap approval letters

7/25 status changed to 'card was mailed'

7/28 Received ead and ap combo card! 

8/4 4 MONTHS SINCE 4/4 

8/12 130 day mark from AOS received date

9/1 150 day mark from AOS received date

11/2 received an interview date for 12/11

Yes! I did a service request and also expedite... talked to a tier 2 officer, but no one is able to give actual information :/ only that I will hear news soon.. But thank you, trying to stay positive!

that means they were processing January 17 when it is april 30. :D   so they are not at january right now.

For people who put in a service request, I got the update that my inquiry was complete..... what happens next? Are they sending me a letter to tell me the decision? 

 

AOS Journey

03/25/17: I-130, I-485, I-131 & I-765 packet sent

03/27/17: USPS confirmation of pickup from PO box

04/04/17: Checks cashed

04/05/17: NOA e-notifcation of I-130 (but no notifications of any other application)

04/07/17: Phone call to USCIS to confirm NOA are in the mail for all, I-130, I-485, I-131, & I-765

04/11/17: Received hardcopies of all 4 NOAs in the mail

04/29/17: Received biometrics appointment letter

05/12/17: Biometrics appointment

05/09/2017:Case updated to "Request for Initial Evidence mailed"

05/12/2017: Received RFIE 

05/24/2017: Sent RFIE evidence to USCIS

05/25/2017: Case updated to "Response to USCIS' request for evidence received" 

06/09/2017: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

First service request I never got a response... second one I got an email with the answer.

Yeah I saw later that Babigau corrected the post saying that it's as of April 30. before it said as of current (June). They should be at the end of February now according to the processing which seems accurate to me :) 

Day 109 for me.
