Glad someone is in the same boat as me :). Feel super helpless and frustrated. I tried calling today and they were super unhelpful and I am pretty sure she was reading off a script.

Keep me updated on your status!

I am on my 86 days today and it's good to know I am not alone... It is very stressful coz I badly need a job. Praying for some good news soon! Good luck to all of us here... God bless!

Hey DorothyLa!

I've been in the same group with you since my now wife and I sent in our 129F.  Remember those horrible days of waiting for your interview that seemed like it would never ever come?  Well, you're here now!  My wife, step-daughter and I often speak about those days of waiting for the interview and then waiting for the package after they were approved.  Those were rough, long, and depressing days.  Now we are again waiting like you.  Our NOA date is 3/15/17 and we also got an RFE for income proof even though my income is comfortably above the requirements.  Hang in there!  Here's hoping we get our EADs soon!

You know, if they would give me an exact date i would be ok to wait. But now, they say it might take forever we never know. :( i remember you. thank you for the support. i hope everybody will hear something soon. (F)

Grrr just checked the USCIS website for current processing times. It was finally updated on May 26, 2017. Either they didn't update it correctly or they are wayyyyy behind as it said they are currently processing applications from December 2016. But yet I remember it being the same December 2016 before they updated finally. So I'm guessing it's inocorrect at least I hope so. If they actually are only on December this is gonna suck! I think I'm going to put in an inquiry can't hurt any thing as I'm at Day 76 and they tell you to submit one on their site if it's been more than 75 days since you last heard from them.

I have no idea why the USCIS processing timeline is so far back, but I would pay no attention to that. I am a February filer and had my EAD approved on day 97 and card has just been sent today. People seem to be getting their EAD's approved between days 85-105 in the Feb thread - it is a horrible wait but it will come. Just as reference, I filed a SR on Day 75 and also asked my Congressman's immigration liaison officer to request an update around day 90. They don't seem to do anything, but it's a free to use service and does not affect your cases' processing time so well worth it.

All the best, I hope you and the rest of March filers get positive updates asap.

We put in a service request for the EAD yesterday (day 84).

I was on the line with a nice lady to check up on whether any mail had been sent to us recently as we've had some mail delivery issues. It was raised so we took that opportunity.

Best of luck

Our USCIS account shows that the service request on uscis was assigned to an offer, responded to and marked as completed. I believe I'll get the response detail by mail. There hasn't been a change in case status, still received.

It will be great if the response gives any information about anything they are waiting on that hasn't caused an RFE (problem with biometrics?) or otherwise provide some piece of mind.

Anyone have any experience here with service requests and responses?

It's a bit confusing if you look in the bottom right corner  under the table it says May 26th but I would like to think the update is from March 31 which puts them right on target.

I have had lots of experience. I first filed my package feb/08/2017. Im from the February filers group. I did a service request after 90 days. They told me that because I had a rfe and that I had responded to it on March 15, that the clock started on march 15.

Some people in my group who had rfes got their ead/ap combos in the mail in a normal processing time. The rest of us are still waiting.

Uscis is still telling me that they are backed up to December and that I might have to wait 2-3 months more. However, too many people from my group have gotten approved for that. The only ones left are the rfes.

We sent in a request as well. On May 12th. USICS currently says it still has not been assigned for processing. We sent in my husbands 3025 for his immunizations instead of the i697 needing signed by civil surgeon, as per what it states for K1. We got a letter stating that we needed to get the i697 completed before the interview or if we don't need an interview they will tell us where to send the form. I am so angry that they state we need one when we are a K1 Visa to AOS, and it clearly states that we do not need a new Medical exam if it is within one year. The 3025 is supposed to be sufficient. Well... long story short, our request for more information still hasn't moved to processing in the last three weeks they have had it and we were told we would hear from Tier 2 within 15 days. Looks like my husband will be on the phone yet again next week!

Hey! Just wanted to let you know, in case you have not put a service request in yet... I did yesterday and by the end of the day I had notice that they were making an EAD for me... might be worth giving them a call!
