please check this website

you should see the 2N/A's at the right side, while the so-called 3rd N/A would be below the AOSfee

i think they should hire more workers instead, i read from somewhere that they lessen workers at NVC, and that they are under paid..

am not really sure if it's true

I'm pretty sure good old Trump put a hiring freeze on govt workers until at least August.  Not sure if it applies to NVC but I'm assuming it does.  As we all here know, the system is totally flawed.  How can a process double in time in such a short space of time unless they have double the number of applications - which I highly doubt has happened. I'm sure since Trump was elected the number of people applying to move to the US would have decreased, especially from Western countries at least.

Thank you! Im sure you will be next! ?

Im not sure. Might be. But hopefully they wont take 11weeks. Because it seems that recently most cases are completed at 10wks+ before the 11weeks. But they did mentioned that they have backlogged.

Oh we told them we spoken to a lady few days ago that our document are currently being review and that we are curious if its completed. He then went to get our document and told us to wait. When he came back he said, "Yayy your case are completed 2mins ago". He then explained the next steps and that we will get our letter next week.

congratulations! that's so awesome :-)

I wonder if perhaps because of the travel bans Trump has tried to put in, that workers had to sort through applications from those countries to deny them and it perhaps took up their time .. pushing our applications back? Just a thought.  Either way, its out of our hands and driving us all equally crazy.

I have only heard good things about contacting representative/congressman and that a few cases got case complete very shortly after! I contacted my senator and he emailed me back needing a release form with all the details I need help in then he can start helping us. Let's hope it works I'll keep you updated on what happens.

Is the 11 week delay the same for electronic filing as it is for sending hard copies to NVC?  Just wondering - we probably won't be able to submit everything until mid April so trying to get a sense of timing.

Nope the delay i think are for those who sent hard copies, good luck :)
