Yeah we just called and I guess they are very busy so they are calling us back in 3 hours. It seems like there was a problem with the money order

every time I  call them they ask about my receipt number wich is the one I did not get it yet , plus every time I call to they seem busy and ask me to call them back or they will call me back I did not get any right answear yet honestly .but thank you for the information

I am of the firm belief that they can mess with your application if you harrass them by calling way too often or sending too many service requests and such.

I sent my package in on February 9 and they processed my personal check today. Don't worry yet! Yours will probably be soon if you haven't heard anything yet!

Any update on this? What happened with the money order? I chose money order too cause it seemed like the most straightforward and safe option.

Hi They said that they can't help us until it's been 30 days. So we will call back the 10th.

I know it's hard not to worry, especially with all the work that goes into the application, but patience pays off. I still have yet to receive an e notification that they have received my package, I just know they have because they processed the check. So you can't always count on them to send that notification, or they may send it late (when I did the K1 I received enotification after I got my NOA1). You don't want to bug them and have it affect your application. Just try not to worry! I'm sure they received it and everything is okay!
