OMG, I still keep on checking updates for November, even I'm a December filer and already got approved. ???. Why it moves very minimal for those cases. They should do half from Nov half from December. I can feel how frustrating is this for them ???

Hey guys is it better to get transcripts than tax return papers?

Also does the us consulate mail the petitioner or beneficiary for packet 3

Yes. Transcripts are what the IRS actually received. The tax returns you do yourself or via a 3rd party are just completed forms...COs have no way to know if they were ever actually filed or not. They usually will accept either (if you include the W2s with the returns), but the transcript is just simpler to do.

It varies by country. Some do, some don't...I don't know about the South Africa embassy, sorry.

Hi, Does one still has to show proof to substantiate the I-134 during the interview at the USEM, even though both of us (petitioner & beneficiary), are earning way above the poverty guideline?

Thanks.

Yes. Manila COs tend to not ask for the I-134, but it's still a required document so they may ask for it (along with evidence to support it). The CO doesn't know how much you make without it (and how much the beneficiary makes is not considered unless certain specific conditions are met).
