They have been touching a lot of Feb 13-14 cases these last few days. The scan only reports the RFE status through, so who know maybe yours has already been approved but the tracker just does not show it! Keep your mailbox on close watch! =)

Yes thank u so much for support! I see also trough scan in phone that they touch a lot of middle FEB cases now. My fiance also excited and check mail everyday so maybe our NOA2 already on the way=)))

Does anyone else have a February 24 Notice Date? My case was received on February 21. Patiently waiting for the love of my life... taking it one day at a time. I'm happy to wait for her.. some days have been a challenge but for the most part not too much. I'm eagerly awaiting her arrival. She is actually getting her passport today 😁😁😁😁😁 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

For me this is very exciting... she had to travel to go get it... the bureaucracy there is ridiclious... here I filled out the application from the courthouse, mailed it off with my money order and passport photo. A few weeks later I had my new passport!! There she has 10 documents, has to do finger prints, and many other things. This sounds like socialism/communism tactics... glad I live in the USA.

There's likely an almost equal amount of approvals. The online case checker has not been reporting approvals for weeks now.

Not sure about what the RFEs are for.

You know, I don't think that's socialism/Communism tactics. I just thing it has more to do with other factors such as Citizen Security...or insecurity.

Here in Spain you have to do fingerprints too, of course... Actually we don't need the passport to travel around the EU, but USA is pretty demanding on how your passport has to meet biometrics requirements, so...

Anyway, here you can get your passport in your own town normally, plus it's pretty quick and you get it same day. I guess every country is different and law is law.

I have enjoyed reading everything on VJ and learning. We decided NOT to submit our documents ourselves. Instead we paid someone to help prepare. Didn't like the expense, but we made our decision based on RFE. We assumed we had a better chance of avoiding RFE's. We will see if it pays off. Our NOA1 was Feb. 2. 🙏🏻

i would say about a total of 100 or so cases touched in a day sounds about normal to me but others can correct me if they think differently. I cannot really say for sure what a "normal" number for RFEs is, sorry. sometimes, RFE counts are higher compared to approvals, sometimes its the other way around. however, these last few weeks approvals have not been logged into the uscis tracker, where the nightly scan is done from, so at the moment, we have no clear picture of how many approved cases are out there.
