Hang in there, second scan dates don't necessary reset the clock to 6 weeks. i'll keep calling them, We've seen people who called and got their case reviewed much before the 6 weeks period. All the best and hope you get CC soon.

Thank you good luck to you.

I wish that was the case in my case... if I count my 1st scan date, I'm at 21 weeks...

Hello

Can someone please tell me, how to email NVC regarding IR-1/CR-1 visa. My scan date is 1st December and I am still waiting.

They just started December scan dates being approved from the look of it. You'll get a faster response by calling but if you want to email you do so here ...

https://secureforms.travel.state.gov/

I got responses within 3 days from them in the past, but the last email I sent on here was 2 weeks ago and no response yet. I ended up calling.

Make sure to tell them that you saw as per their website that the processing time has increased to 8 weeks but that you have passed that time. Ask for an update on where your case is at and an expected completion time.

Ouch! That's a long time. Did you have checklists and additional documents or have you just been waiting all this time for any response?

I downloaded all of the forms when I started the whole process (before submitting to uscis) and apparently i864 expired in the mean time... so I sent in an old version of i864.  They said all I needed to do is send in the new one.  I sent in the new one nov 25th.  The only thing that's new on it was one field that I had to put N/A in...

Just called today and they're closed.  They are not gonna like me when I do get through tomorrow...

My scan date is January 18th. I know people here including my cousin has been waiting since November/December. They updated their website to " 8 weeks " . Who are they kidding?

I will call at 6 weeks and see if they will put my case in supervisor review but, I highly doubt they will. Not like the supervisor review helps at all.

Ugh.. sorry for the rant. Happy Monday Everyone !!

Praying for each and everyone of us

Wouldn't want them to break a finger nail getting snow off their cars... Meanwhile in the private sector, paying their wages...

Image result for boss meme still coming in
