Is someone out there whose status does not change since you went from Biometrics. It's been 161 Days since any notifications. I am wondering whether should I call USCIS customer service or not.

Any help?

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

Waiting...

Wait so you got a letter saying it was approved without it ever updating on the app?

Yes, the app's still not updated as I just checked again today. So as far as updates go, I would not totally rely on the app, it seems like its not 100% up to date.

Ours is the same, it says fingerprint fee received Feb 7th. I called the 1-800 number last week and the person I spoke to said that the cases were taking longer to process and the field office was still working on cases from Nov 2016.

Ours has not changed either.  Still says "On February 17, 2017, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC1****"  I send in an update request on the case, I have yet to hear back from them.  I will call them tonight.  Also we received EAD in April.

Hi all! Just wanted to add a good update!

We were approved for our advanced parole on June 29th and also got our interview date on July 3rd (for August 3rd).

Our interview was great, but we had a problem with the health exam. There was a new form as of August 2016 and our civil surgeon used the outdated one :( The case was put on hold for one day while we got the updated form filled out and handed in. On August 4th our case changed to "New Card being Produced" ! Yahoo! GC on its way!

I'm still sitting on no updates; original package received Feb 22nd, RFIE response acknowledged by USCIS April 25th. Hoping this delay is going to mean interview waiver.

Hope so. I would not rely on that either. Anything can happen during this administration.
