Embassy Review : Good Morning All!! Just like to update my review! My fiancee interview was 01/06/2017 and his medical was on 12/23/2016. St Andrews send his medicals to the embassy on 01/13/2017 and the embassy registered as received on 01/23/2017. I had hired a lawyer who promised me he will be here middle of December. I had planned our wedding for 02/04/17 and booked his flight 01/30/17. Turned out the lawyer was a fraud. Luckily the embassy was very helpful and expedited his visa! Even called my fiance on 01/25/2017 and told him to go pick up the visa because if they send it to him through DHL, the visa will not arrive on time and he will not make his flight on Monday. My fiance was surprised they knew so in detail about our plans since I had not said anything about my calls and emails with the embassy. The people there are amazing and very helpful! of course, im sure they do not always do this! but with Gods help, everything came out as planned!!! WOOOOHOOOO !!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
