Then lets wait for some evidence. Right now its wikileaks vs the washington post. Wikileaks has am impeccable track record of honesty and the washington post has a track record of creating fake news.

Its not really that bad. They numb you up real good. They extract the teeth then drill titanium posts into your jawbone. Those plant for about 3-4 months then they attach an abutment and crown.

The big ouch is in the wallet. They are crazy expensive

Oh those kind of implants.

The news that U.S. President-elect Donald Trump called CIA claims about Russias involvement in the election process ridiculous was cause for celebration in Russia.

Finally, the U.S. president does not trust CIA! exclaimed one of Trumps many Russian fans.

Authorities, who just a few weeks ago were busy training people to hide in bunkers in case the Americans dropped nuclear bombs, now applauded the U.S. president-elect and welcomed his incoming administrations dream team.

To Moscow officials every step Trump takes, including his harsh criticism of the Central Intelligence Agency, sounds like a victory for President Vladimir Putin.

But wait, was Moscow in fact behind the hackers who attacked the Democratic National Committee and leaked their goodies to Wikileaks, among others? Did it also attack the Republican National Committee, but keep that stuff to itself?

In Russia, many people are blasé about such charges. This is a country where opposition politicians and journalists are gunned down in the streets. This is a government that has annexed Crimea, and backed rebels in the war in Ukraine. It is also the government that called the international investigation into the catastrophe of a civilian airliner, MH17, blown out of the sky: "biased." Its the same government that insists it never had ++a state-sponsored doping system for its athletes. Plausible deniability and even implausible deniability is its standard operating procedure.

This is also a country with vast and deep criminal organizations well versed in cyber crimes.

So Russian hackers, as such, are not big news here, and in this case their actions are defended in language similar to that used when describing the little green men who seized parts of Ukraine.

We cannot exclude the fact that some patriots in the government, or in the intelligence and in non-governmental circles, could help Wikileaks pin down the U.S. criminals [in the Obama administration] so Hillary [Clinton] gets defeated, Sergey Markov, a member of the Public Chamber, said in a phone interview with The Daily Beast on Monday. Markov said that he wrote recommendation notes on this issue to President Putin, which he passed to the countrys leader via Kremlin channels.

Historically, as far as presidents go, you want to stay on the CIA's good side. Just sayin.

something tells me foresight isn't trump's forte. he seems more the type who needs to throw stuff out there and see what reaction he gets before selecting a course of action.

Yeah, watching his cabinet selections, I get the impression he's just trying to see what sticks.

Yuna. How did they sabotage the election "if they did" by exposing truthful information about Hillary and the DNC

Did Woodward and Bernstein Sabotage Nixons presidency by exposing Watergate

NB, the FBI director told the truth that they had discovered extra emails. But they did not elaborate on what that actually meant. It left the public to draw conclusions about things that did not really exist. Meanwhile disinformation spread through the populace. It may have turned off some voters to Hillary, but did not cost her the election - what cost her the election had already been completed ahead of time. Think about Russia for a minute and how they operate with their own public. There is a reason why they do the things they do. Masters at propaganda and manipulation, they operate psychological tactics and plant stories (both good and bad) to the point the public can no longer figure out what is real and what is not any more. They do not know what new sources to trust. They have been also drawing over some former US newcasters into the fold, for their network, who suddenly spout the propaganda line. Meanwhile, real investigative journalists are losing their lives trying to fight back. There has been article after article about Russia's desire to influence our election and not in a traditional way that involves hacking or bumping someone off. All they needed to do was employ the same tactics they already use. They have done it before in other countries, as many publications have examined. And other countries, like Turkey for instance are using the same ideas and finding favor with the Kremlin. We now have a PEOTUS that is a Pro-Russian shill, and his supporters cheer about this as an acceptable means to justify an end. It is clear on this forum this is acceptable to some, because they believe our way of government needs to be more closely aligned to fascist ideals. Suddenly you no longer trust our news sources nor do you trust our own operatives in government, because the seeds of distrust and confusion have already been sewn. This is a long game to Putin. And as I've said before, if you make a deal with the devil, eventually the devil wants it's dues. People would like to turn a blind eye to that right now. By the time people wonder what the hell happened it will be too late to start crying.

Then lets wait for some evidence. Right now its wikileaks vs the washington post. Wikileaks has am impeccable track record of honesty and the washington post has a track record of creating fake news.

The evidence is already before you. WL has what impeccable track record how exactly? WL is an organization that deals in piracy. Trafficking in what has been stolen and publishing it for all to see. They get around this little moral question by pretending to be a beacon of information that shines a light on what has been hidden. The fact is the beacon they show are documents that are obtained by theft. The documents they obtain can be manipulated easily, and they can also be easily funneled by foreign entities for the purpose of doing things you'd rather not think about or acknowledge. At which point or year do you think WAPO started ''dealing in fake news'' as you claim? Or is it only the articles that don't shine a favorable light on people you like?

had. Not sure what happened with their objectivity, but it's certainly past tense at this point.

How can a group be objective though, when the documents they obtain are those that are mostly stolen or obtained through unclear means. Does the interest of 'knowledge' absolve them of dealing in illegal activities?

Historically, as far as presidents go, you want to stay on the CIA's good side. Just sayin.

Indeed you do. But I don't think Trump cares about that. He has the KGB afterall.
