Just heard of two RFE issued recently: one from Nov 9, 2016, the other one Nov 16, 2016. At least there is some kind of movement. 

Dec 19, 2016: F2A I-130 Priority Date

AOS with pending I-130 (F2A):

March 2, 2018: AOS Package PD (I-485, EAD, AP)

March 14, 2018: NOA1  / E-Notification // Physical Mail: March 20, 2018

March 17, 2018: Biometric Appt Notice received //  Appointment: April 6th

March 29 RFIE // April 11 USCIS received RFIE response

May 10, 2018: I-130 Approved  :D *But case sent to NVC*

July 11: INFOPASS Appt + Sent Additional Documents

July 20: Case Ready for Interview (Finally!)

August 14: Card being produced //  August 22: Combo Card in hand

It will move on March 2018!!!!!!!! from Nov2016 to May2017!!!

Can someone please explain what dose the second table mean??. Because on February bulletin f2a shows 1 nov 2016. Now in March bulletin it shows 1may 2017. Which is a huge move..

It is about requesting documents. So if you PD is before this cut off date, you should expect document submit email soon. They will ask for AOS, fees, document copies etc...

Oh ok.. correct me if I am wrong , so this table is for people who got i130 Approved and if they haven't got any intimation from nvc .

After i130 approval, one should get NVC letter within 6 months to acknowledge that NVC has received your case with case number. After that acknowledgement, this is the next thing. You should soon receive email from NVC. If you dont within 2 months, call them.

anyone having priority date earlier than march 22 2016 should get interview letter by  now. If not, they should call NVC. People with PD later than march 22 2016, should start getting interview letter by end of February in sha Allah. My PD is Mar 28 2016. Fingers crossed.

People with completed cases up to March 22, 2016 have been contacted even before the VB was published. I think your interview would be on April, they should contact you ending February or beginning March. That must be really good news for you!

My PD is April 4, 2016, so it means I should get my interview date in these day :))) cant wait :))
