For those still waiting- has anyone started putting together documents needed? I have an October 2016 PD and was wondering if I should start getting things together so things can move smoothly once the approval comes.

I am afraid because the DACA bill was announced today and no one thought it would go through 😔

DACA is not a bill, DACA is an Executive Order of president Obama. Two totally different things. You need to educate yourself before getting into panic.

so october visa bulletin is up 

chart B says Nov.1.2016

shouldn't ppl with PD in october be approved so they can send their documents to NVC ?

PD september 26, 2016. i 130 pending at csc. any idea if i can apply for adjustment of status since chart b moved to november '16?

btw my 130 got approved today. pd 26 sept '16. CSC. what a relief !
