I think I got very lucky this morning when I called knowing that today makes 5 weeks. I'm praying that next week will be my lucky week. Good luck to you as well.

NVC finally unlocked our DS-260 early this morning. Now the DS-260 is done. I sent AOS & IV package by electronic processing yesterday.

I guess that means our scan date is November 4?

And now back to waiting again.

Hi everyone

After a long wait at USCIS, we are finally at NVC stage. DS261 has been reviewed and AOS paid. Now waiting for IV fee to unlock. As I have read we can start compiling our documents and submit the AOS and IV package to NVC even before we pay the IV fee or complete the DS260. I'm confused about the Document Cover Sheet and am hoping for some clarification from experienced VJers.

1) can I print and use the Document Cover Sheet from the NVC welcome email or do I need to wait for hard copy welcome letter in the mail? I've called NVC twice and gotten two different answers.

2) How many of the Document Cover Sheets do I use? 1 for both packages or do I print two and use 1 per package? AOS + IV

Thanks for any help

One document cover sheet should be for your spouses civil documents and the second coversheet should be used for all your documents including the AOS. You can print the Document cover sheet from the NVC welcome email. That is fine!
