Timeline

I was wondering if the medical records needed later for the medical exam, has to be requested in a certain amount of time before the actual exam? Has anyone heard anything about this?

11/15/16: I-129 Sent ♥

11/16/16: Received at Dallas Lock Box (per USPS) ♥

11/25/16: NOA1 Hardcopy received ♥

02/23/17: NOA2 notification ♥ (90 days)

02/24/17: Scheduled embassy appointment ♥

02/27/17: NOA2 hard copy received by mail ♥

03/17/17: NVC sent package to embassy ♥

03/20/17: Called NVC and got my HAV# ♥

03/27/17: NVC package received in Cuba ♥

04/03/17: NVC Hardcopy letter received ♥

05/30/17: Embassy interview appointment  ♥ APPROVED! ♥♥

You need your vaccination records from your own doctor. (you only need additional records if you have had any of the illnesses mentioned on the form). 

 

This is entirely dependent on how busy your (beneficiary's) doctor is.  Call them and find out how long it will take.

Well in my case the estimated time was pretty accurate. First, it started out as mid-APRIL, but then moved to the beginning of February, and I got approved on 02/09 :)

They must be burning the mid nite oil so to speak. I just assumed the CSC was a 9-5 Monday through Friday gig. That's pretty sweet too bad there wasn't a second shift working at it. Then throw some overtime their way for weekend work.  Geowrian I will be anxiously awaiting to see your work product. Oh ####### I work in the morning I'll view it at 0500 when the alarm goes off. Goodnight all.

Still running. It takes 50-70 minutes to run, the another 20 or so minutes for me to compile all the info. That said, so far I'm not seeing any cases updated today.

 

@amye What case number(s) did you see updated? I can do a second check here to see if something is up.
