I got a guy here...he's been here a long time. For the last couple of years, he's been deteriorating. His personal appearance has been far less than that of a professional.

Every boss in here except big guy and myself, has spoken to him on more than one occasion. Every excuse has been about his personal life.

now I've spoken to him. I hired him years back. And now, he's about to be canned...

Last night was pork chops with a zucchini and corn sauté. Tonight is Shepherd's Pie, a favorite in this house and one of the few foods eaten as leftovers.

I challenged my husband to not spend anymore money this month, if he sticks to it there will be no junk food for him, he'll probably be grumpy.

We are going to get acupunked on Wednesday, si man.

I got a guy here...he's been here a long time. For the last couple of years, he's been deteriorating. His personal appearance has been far less than that of a professional.

Every boss in here except big guy and myself, has spoken to him on more than one occasion. Every excuse has been about his personal life.

now I've spoken to him. I hired him years back. And now, he's about to be canned...

Is he depressed maybe? Can you guys do an unpaid leave of absence?

About 6, 7 years ago, he went through a divorce. 2 kids. He's been downhill since. I, we, sympathize with his situation. But I still have a company to run here. He gets a 8 weeks vacation a year. Makes in the low 100s.

He can't even iron his shirts. Comes in yesterday, sits around 3 hours and says he didn't have time to groom himself.
