Hello all,

Does anyone know estimated times for when you are documentarily completed with the NVC and when interviews are scheduled. I know that it all depends on different cases and embassy. We are going to be at the Bogota Embassy in Colombia.

We got the approval of our documents on the 15th of this month. I was told that they schedule interviews at the end of the month, but the letter says it can take up to 3 months to schedule an interview? Is there any way to find this information out?

Thanks,

Daniel

Hi

great now that you say you got your approval on 15 th, when did you submit your docs? Did they mail or email you the approval?

because I submitted our docs on August first and when I called after two weeks to check and see if they have received them, he said they received them on 4th and are working on the interview process

does that mean our docs were accepted?

they received my docs on June 8th so it took 9 weeks and 4 days for them to approve. I received an email from them on the 22nd stating that i was being placed in queue for our interview (so 7 days after they told me it was approved on the phone I got the email). I very highly doubt you have been accepted. He is saying they received your documents on the 4th and are in process of reviewing them. Almost all people are seeing their documents approved or they receive a checklist around 9 weeks. Mine was 9 weeks and 4 days.

Call them and make sure that is correct, so weird! I have got it as well. Probably it is a mistake?  In Montreal?
