I thought I did something wrong,, They both said pay now so I was hoping that I didn't miss a check box to select both.

Missileman is working with an attorney (like me), and when you have an attorney, they are automatically selected as agent and both fees are unlocked at the same time. This is not the case if you need to select your own choice of agent.

So no, Mpshah, you didn't do anything wrong! You just need to wait for the other to become unlocked

I have noticed on some of your all's timelines that you've completed your choice of agent on the same day you've gotten case number and invoice number. How are you guys doing that? I tried the ceac site and it says I'm not able to do anything at this time. Did you all call it in?

Yes, you need to call NVC and verify/select choice of agent over the phone

No I got my case number on the 25th after calling NVC early in the morning .. I was able to select my agent later that afternoon.

What should I consider my scan date? I emailed my AOS package on the 25th, and we submitted my husband's IV application on the 26th. I called this morning, and they said they'd received the email on the 26th – would that be my scan date?

Some of the information provided on NY IV application was incorrect. This was done by my lawyer and she didn't allow me to review before submitting. How will this affect my case. I'm outside the USA

I got my case number this morning. I was also able to select my agent later in the afternoon.

When trying to pay the AOS fee, it locked me out. Called NVC and she told me they are still working the file and once I receive the Welcome Letter email I will be able to pay the AOS fee.

How long did it take to get the email? Or did you call NVC to unlock it to pay AOS fee?
