Got this via email. We were on NOA-1 does this mean we are getting NOA-2?

I realize this is probably a minor question but I would like to verify I am on the right path.

Thanks in advance for your response.

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

Just to clarify, this doesn't mean your visa is approved yet. This just means you're I129 has been approved by USCIS. You still face the interview. Don't book an airline ticket yet.

Yeah I know what it means. I am just a planning machine and I prepare files for when we get the go ahead.

We are going to do a week in Poland as a family since none of us have ever been. So I can start to monitor what's going on in Warsaw event wise.

Ok good. I just wanted to make sure. I have seen some people confuse the NOA2 approval for the actual visa approval. Congrats and good luck!

I appreciate you posting. I have it broken down Into little mini goals and NOA-2 was one of them.

I made the thread to just verify I was understanding where I was correctly since it didn't say NOA-2 I wasn't sure.
