I NEED HELP. I CAME INTO THE US IN 2009. GOT MARRIED THAT SAME YEAR AND FILLED I-485 BUT MY WIFE BACK THEN REFUSED TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW. SO I FILED FOR VAWA WHICH TOOK ABOUT TWO YEARS BEFORE IT WAS DENIED FOR LACK OF EVIDENCE. I HAVE BEEN ON A LOW KEY FOR AWHILE NOW TILL I MEET MY FIANCE WHO IS A US CITIZEN AND WE JUST HAD A BEATIFUL BABY GIRL. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE BEEN DATING FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS. WE ARE ABOUT TO GET MARRIED AND FILE FOR MY AOS. WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEMS WITH USCIS OR WHAT DO WE HAVE TO LOOK OUT FOR.

as others have said, first we need to know on what type of visa did you enter the US

and were you deported or asked to leave after vawa was denied?

Why didn't you leave if she refused to attend the interview?

Did you file the VAWA because she didn't go to the interview? Is that why you had no evidence? If so, this is NOT a legitimate VAWA claim and VAWA cannot be filed as a "stopgap" method just to stay in the country if the relationship fails and you are no longer eligible for prmanent residency.

As others have said, having the denial is not good for you. I would seek the advice of counsel.
