So I just got two emails from USCIS informing me they'd received my case - but that's the thing, I only got two? There's one missing! And I've no idea which one it is - I obviously hope it's just the AP that didn't get forwarded on, because I don't care much about leaving the country..... is there a course of action when only two of three have been accepted?

It did indeed - about 2 hours after the first two!

I'm off to get a NYC ID card today since I got my debit card through the mail (proof of address right there) and I'm excited cause it'll hopefully be my first piece of identification with my married name on it! I hope everyone had a nice Labor Day weekend

Your Debit card doesn't have your married name on it?

No, my Social Security card and all my ID documents are still in my maiden name and the bank said their policy was to wait to have one official identification document in a different name in order to get that on the card. It doesn't really make much of a difference to me, to be honest. I'll probably go change it once I get my green card in married name :)

We're not too sure either! We were told to wait 10 business days before requesting the certificate... we didn't wait that long but are still waiting for ours to arrive. I would have thought it should take a week or two. If we didn't live three hours away from the City Hall we got the license from, I would have gone in! How long have you been waiting?

i am about to stress out since i have not got any email or text notifications from USCIS yet and it has been 13 days already.

Is there anyone facing this situation?

I wrote the check 1072$ since the teller at my bank tole me the check cost 2$ and i have to add in the amount i would put.

I am so worried if there will be a problem or not and i can not know my status at all.

Hi All,

We sent our AOS package for my wife last week. They cashed the check and we received NOA1 email/text.

I am expecting an RFE though because I did not include form i-693. I thought since we did a medical/vaccines as part of K-1 visa this year we wouldn't need to do them again. I read somewhere that if applying within a year, physical test is not required, I guess I got things confused.

Can USCIS pull up my wife's medical report from her K-1 package that we handed over to border control upon entry?

Thanks

It is not the right amount so you will get your package back. Make sure the next check will be the right amount.
