Just got notified that we will have our AOS interview on February 1st, in Detroit. Was hoping for no interview, but at least we'll have sooner rather than later.

Hi guys, anyone can tell when approximately to get an update after sending the RFE back to USCIS?

I was requested for the most recent tax paper for I-485 and today has been 15 days after USCIS receiving it.

You haven't received an update for the "response to rfe received..."?

My RFIE response package was delivered on 10/28 and I got the case status update 5 days later on 11/2.

I would probably call in just to confirm my case status was updated.

Ah, ok. Well, it's completely up in the air as to when you'll get the next update.

The RFIE/RFE may or may not have an impact on the processing time of the I-765/I-131. For some it does for others it doesn't. It's basically just a waiting game at this point.

I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer, but keep in mind its holiday time, & the officers are just like us, taking time off for family and traveling.

The evidence received goes to the officer who sent the RFE notice, and they are the ones that work the file through.

Just hang in there, I hope your status changes very soon.

Glad to hear everyone's cases are moving along! Recently had EAD/AP approved about a month ago. I-485 was received in early September. The case still says fingerprint fee was received for I-485. Still yet to hear anything and it's been 3 months, is it possible to call to see why the case hasn't progressed to our local office?

Why? You are well within processing time and it will only be sent to local office if you will have an interview.

It's been a week since my EAD card was not delivered to me and made its way back to the return address. Guess what, still didn't get there. Literally hate USPS for being so slow.... 1 week and counting -.-

ROC/N400

12/01/18... I751 mailed to Dallas Lockbox 

12/04/18... Package delivered 

12/07/18... Received text message with case number 

01/22/19... Reiceved 18 months extension in mail

11/04/19... Bio done at Tampa Office 

11/06/19... Fingerprint Review was Completed

12/01/19... APPLIED FOR N400 WITH PENDING I-751

12/01/19... NOA Case received and case nr

12/03/19... I751 got transferred to NVC

12/07/19... Received BIO appointment letter for N400

12/27/19... Bio for N400

02/11/20... Interview scheduled for N400

Is there anyone that filed around September 19th that is still waiting for EAD? We sent my husband's application in on this date and got the confirmation it arrived Sept. 21st.

He has done biometrics and everything back in October, but I have not received an update on if it has been approved and/or they are sending the card. We are on day 85. I called USICS and they said they had his biometrics on file, everything was fine but no additional activity on the case. I would have to call after the 90 mark to open a case.

Anyone in the same position? Or did it come on the 90 day mark?
