IMMIGRATION OF SPOUSE (marriage through skype)online

As an FYI, marriage between cousins is common in Pakistan. So it would not be suspicious at all. Additionally, cousin is used to mean any type of cousin could be first or 5th cousin. Although other areas of the story here have changed a bit, the OP did not specified first cousin or more distant cousin, not that that matters but maybe it will help you to be less judgemental about it.

I am not being judgmental. I am simply stating that immigration will be suspicious. It doesn't matter what is "common in Pakistan". US Immigration reviews the case and makes the decision, not Pakistan.

You need to get informed.

While marriages between cousins gross out most of the world, including me, they are kinda common among muslims the world over. Immigration might be suspicious of other flags that may crop up, but not for OP's marriage to a pakistani cousin. US Consular staff in pakistan are generally trained to recognize cultural norms such as marriages among cousins.

Cultural norms in country absolutely matter. Especially when both parties are from there.
