I have heard of people being paid.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Bringing a spouse to the USA from another country, is an activity for grown-ups. What you can do "more" is get a job.

Could she not ask at her Mosque?

well i am the one who is outside us

also she just got graduated [last year] so .. !!

So, she's had several months to get a job. Once at the NVC stage, you can delay things up to a year, while the US Citizen petitioner gets their financial life in order. The obligation of a joint sponsor is daunting. I can't imagine an intelligent responsible person, agreeing to be paid to act as sponsor for less than the amount you would need to self sponsor. If you have that kind of money, you don't need a joint sponsor. You just sponsor yourself with assets.

Again, this process is for grown-ups. It's not an "age" thing. It's about being self sufficient, like a grown-up.
