Congrats for those with Approval.

I know for a fact that they are skipping around in Nebraska -- 199 days and counting with a PD of July 11th.  Status is stuck on "Case received"

I called and asked for the tier 2 officer. They transferred me and connected me to them. The waiting time was 336 minutes to be exact. They gave me a call back option as soon as they're available and I said yes.

Finally, they just called me after 4 hours and gave me the same answer that they're processing as of July 2nd applications.:(

I asked him many questions about august filers getting approved, if someone was assigned to my case, & etc.. and he said there's no point of arguments and blah blah blah...and told me to be patience and call back after a month....

So I'm back to where I was that is NOWHERE.......:(

PD 11 Jul (200 days and counting) Called this morning about 10 a.m, went thru the menu and finally talked with a rep.

He transferred me to the tier 2 officer line. Informed that the wait was 193 minutes. I selected call back.... its now 4:21pm   No call back.

Submitted congressional inquiry.

The PD currently being processed at Nebraska is July 2nd, 2016. My cousin who went through this process told me that congressional aides will typically not make an inquiry on your behalf until you have passed normal processing time. Anyways, let us know if it does pan out.

Just normal procedures,  you went through also,  but he was able to tell me specifically the date my case was handed to the officer for reviewing,  but said if i didn't hear from them,  i shld call back in 30 days time....
