So, still no news whatsoever. USCIS website is still not showing my receipt numbers

Same here. My case number starts at MSC and it's been over 45days since they receive my AOS, EAD and AP application and up until now, nothing. I'm starting to get anxious. ?

If you check other threads, you'll see it's perfectly normal.mthey seem to be showing up online only when there was some sort of update, like nam change, approved, rfie, case ready for interview, etc.

Same here, for the first time all my receipt number are showing up on the USCIS site. Same messages as yours; 2 of the "Case was received" and 1 "Fingerprint Fee was received" notice.

It looks like they do this in batches. I checked the next 30 in line before my numbers and they are all showing up now.

I went to the social security office today and they told me that a social security card has been send to our address in June but we haven't received anything So I'm afraid my biometrics appointment letter got lost as well, as I've received my NOA on July 2nd. I've contacted USCIS and they say it can take up to 30 days after NOA1 for the biometrics letter to come in which would be august 2nd..

I was able to add all nine (9) of my case numbers into the USCIS web page today!

Once I added the case numbers, I was able to change the default Email and Text Message alert from Off to On.

This morning I logged in on USCIS and saw still no movement since june 25th when they received the fingerprint fee.

I just looked again and we got a soft touch on all 3 of our cases! I know a soft touch means nothing more than "someone touched it" but right now that was the only thing I needed to stay hopeful our biometrics appointment was on july 2oth but we went in early on july 14th.

Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well. I just got off the phone with USCIS. I had to call them in regards our situation (my husband is deploying) so we had couple of questions however we also talked about all of my case numbers which none of them are working. And that is OK because I do understand it might take time & I am not the only one facing issue with invalid case #. Most of the people ran into the same problem. However I was told that if the case # for employment authorization won't start working within 10 days I need to call and let them know because if I need to submit SR (down the road, God forbid) then they won't be able to help. In order to put down SR your receipt has to work. Just a heads up. I did not know. I knew you can submit SR at some point but I did not know that in order to do that the receipt number has to work. I am just sharing this with you in case you don't know either.

I was able to do mine too...!! Yaay. And I have a biometrics appointment tomorrow.

What's a soft touch? How do you know???

When you go to the uscis website(it doesnt work on the apps to track your case with) you can create an account, and there you can add your cases. Whenever there is a hard touch on your case you can sign up for notifications either through email or text. When there is a soft touch you won't know unless you check daily by logging in on your uscis account and looking at the date of the last update. The text still says the same "on june 21st we received your... and so on and so on" but the last update shows 7/25/2016 which means nothing more than someone touched it. It could be that my files got moved to another desk, but since it's all 3 I suppose my biometrics results came back from the FBI, or something a bit bigger than just being moved to another desk. The downsite to these soft touches is that you have no idea what they are until you get a hard touch (where the status changes to rfe was sent, or ready to schedule interview etc). I can take a screenshot for you later if you want to explain it a bit clearer but I'm on my phone atm

Thank u but sorry didn't get ..how we can actually know on USCIS site ,how someone touch our case ..I checked it and it only says

... on june 2 we received your... and so on and so on"

There's no other date or time etc... So how I'm gonna know they touch the case ?

& how to make account ?
