Not sure if a service request will get them to work any faster?

My six months was up a week ago 10/7 (This is the date they acknowledged they received my package)

I'm hoping we will start to see movement next week? If I haven't received anything back by the end of October I'll start a service request, that will then be 7 months waiting and definitely outside of their six months processing statement.

Hey, Look on the bright side its a lower chance at this stage of getting an RFE?

No one from March has reported receiving any RFEs yet. Three from the February thread received RFEs around 6 1/2 to 7 mo time frame. Let us keep it that way...knock on wood.

People have received rfe after 10 months of waiting so I wouldn't count my chickens before they are hatched on that one :-)

We agree. We have been collecting more evidence (and more recent evidence) just in case there is a RFE...For example we have the 2015 Tax Transcript now in our hands, rental agreement in joint names, joint auto insurance on a new car for her etc...All this happened after our ROC filing in April.

Agree seems to have come to a halt. on 10/7 they had my ROC application for six months. I'll wait until end of Oct before sending in a request.(Not sure this will actually get them to move any faster though).

Hoping it isn't because CSC has taken on VSC backlog (Sorry VSC filers)

03/04/2014 - Day 81 - RFE response sent!

03/06/2014 - Day 83 - RFE response arrived there!

03/20/2014 - Day 97 - EAD card in production!

03/26/2014 - Day 103 - EAD card mailed out!

03/26/2014 - Day 103 - EAD card in USPS possession and given tracking number

03/26/2014 - Day 103 - Green card interview being scheduled! :D

03/30/2014 - Day 107 - USCIS mailed out our interview notice, scheduled for May 6th!

Seems to me that over the past week approvals have come almost to a complete halt.

CSC stopped issuing biometrics appointments altogether (for ROC) around July 15. There was complete silence until sometime in September I think it was when they finally came churning out again. It was so strange.

Thank you bkghosh! I am expecting at least 30 more days of wait time. I am an immigration lawyer and I am still waiting on response for clients I filed for in February & March! It seems like the end is so close, yet so far away! Good luck to everyone :)

Looks like CSC has not approved anyone for the past 2 weeks. Jan 2016 - CSC is almost all done. But no more Feb or March applications have been approved in the past 2 weeks. Come on wake up CSC!!!
