You will have one fee of $120 they will combine the cases for AOS fee. But you will pay $325 for each child for IV fee. So $650 + $120

Thanks for your response..

I'm not sure if it varies based upon anything, but for my wife it's $120 for the AoS, $325 for the IV

EDIT: Here's the link to the fees that I found https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/fees/fees-visa-services.html

thanks for your reply gryphon

Oh lord lol how long has this issue been going on? Has it been more then two weeks? Why can't they fix it. I thought they had geniuses working in government jobs. We all just wanna pay a fee. I don't think I've ever been eager to pay any of the fees but after what you guys are going through I will be joyful to pay lol

It's only been for this week, hopefully it's nothing more than a delayed data entry thing... but yea... I've never been so willing and ready to give anyone that money!

Well, it's a joke that's not a joke lol. I seriously doubt they have any actual estimate. I think that's like you said, just the standard answer they give. Regardless, it is worthy of being laughed at :D

Hi, my NOA 2 got approved on March 17 from the USCIS we called the NVC 4/15/16 and they said that usually it takes 30 days and after 35 days if they don't have your case that will do a search and if they don't find it they will let you resubmit electronically. I am still waiting. ...... ????? how long has it taken for you??? Is this normal?

I'm from Chicago and my NOA2 got approved in the national benefit center

Thank you Keas.

Yeah I will call next week. ????

Yeah that's what they told us that we have to wait 35 days so we can do it electronically because they haven't gotten my case... anyone familiar with this situation?

My 35 days will be next week.
