03/24/2016 - Resubmitted I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

03/25/2016 - Application received in USCIS Chicago Lockbox

04/01/2016 - Checks cashed

04/04/2016 - Received 4 texts (no emails though)

04/11/2016 - NOA Hardcopies in mail

04/14/2016 - Biometrics letter in mail

04/27/2016 - Biometrics Appointment

05/07/2016 - Received RFE in mail

05/09/2016 - Mailed RFE response

06/17/2016 - Received approval notice for I-131

06/22/2016 - Received EAD/AP card in mail

07/20/2016 - I-485 Interview Scheduled on 08/25/2016

Just received my Green Card today We didn't get called into an interview! My card is valid for 10 year though.... That has to be a mistake, right?

12/17/2015 - Visa Interview in Sweden. We're APPROVED!!!
01/14/2016 - P.O.E. @ Newark International Airport
03/21/2016 - Got married @ town hall
03/22/2016 - AOS, EAD, AP packet sent off
08/03/2016 - Became a Conditional Permanent Resident
05/07/2018 - ROC packet sent off

Awesome , my packet was delivered today so the waiting begins.how long after reciept did u get you NOA1?

I got my NOA1s by text and email 8 days after they had received the package. 5 days after the texts, I received the hardcopy NOA1s :)

04/14/2016 received NOA1's hard copies. (day 11)

04/29/2016 received biometrics letter (day 26)
05/09/2016 biometrics appointment at 10AM (day 36)

Hello everybody,

Just wanna share our timeline and join April filers ? I was under F-1 student visa before I married my husband Nov 14, 2015. He is US Citizen and we both live in California right now. Here is my timeline

03/15/16. Sent out I-130 and AOS package but instead of filing it concurrently, I misunderstood and filed it separately.

(Since we live in CA so we thought that we have to send I-130 to Phoenix lockbox & send I-485 to Chicago)

03/23/16. Phoenix lockbox transferred our case (I-130 only) to Nebraska, cashed check, received NOA via text/email.

03/28/16. Received NOA1 I-130 hard copy by USPS

03/30/16. Realized that we should file the forms concurrently ="= ,...,yeah..I freaks out O_o

04/08/16. Received the package that we sent to Chicago. Case rejected due to improper filing. Anyway sameday

we sent it back to Chicago together with I-130 NOA 1 that we received last week (also REF just in case too)

By the looks at the documents, they already worked on it with receipt number for both forms I-765&I-485

04/11/16. Package arrived at Chicago lockbox the second time. Waiting to see if they will transfer our case to join

I-130 in Nebraska service center or not.

This is so stressful on every little step. Hope this 5 months (I hope) will pass by so fast. I actually volunteer to some non-profit organizations like at the horse ranch near my house just to killing time and keep my mind out of this anxiety. It's really working ✌️?

06/29/16. I-130 Case updated online, case was transferred..

06/30/16. Submit USCIS E-request to update/expedite I-765

07/11/16. Received EAD By mail

09/09/16. Interview date is scheduled on Oct 14

10/14/16. Approved, status changed to New card is in production

10/15/16. Status online for I-130 & I-485 updated to Case was approved

10/20/16. Status online for I-485 updated to Card was picked up by USPS with tracking number.

10/21/16. Received NOA2 for I-130 & I-485

10/22/16. Received the card from USPS ?

5/5/2016 - sent docs to Chicago, AGAIN (i-485, i-130, i-765, i-864) [Day 0] 5/16/2016 - NOA [Day 11]

5/6/2016 - delivered and signed up for by R Mercado [Day 1] 7/20/2016 - called to submit a service request for my EAD. [Day 76]
5/12/2016 - checks cashed [Day 7] 7/28/2016 - case numbers for i-130 and i-765 started working to say case was received on May 6 [Day 84]

5/16/2016 - got 3 NOAs in the mail, dated May 12, priority date is 7/29/2016 - case status of I-765 is "New Card Is Being Produced", later in the evening - "Case Was Approved" [Day 85]

May 6 (haven't received any emails or texts) [Day 11] 8/1/2016 - received answer for the service request "your case is under review" [Day 89]

6/10/2016 - got biometrics letter in the mail, notice date is June 4, 2016, which 8/1/2016 - received answer for the service request "your case is under review" [Day 89]

is day 30 from when they picked up the package [Day 36] 8/2/2016 - case status of I-765 is "The Card was Mailed to you" [Day 90]

6/21/2016 - Biometrics walk-in in Philadelphia [Day 47] 8/4/2016 - received I-797 Notice of Action for approved I-765 [Day 92]

6/22/2016 - Scheduled Biometrics Appointment [Day 48] 8/5/2016 - EAD in mail [Day 93]

6/30/2016 - online case status started working "case is ready to be scheduled

for the interview" [Day 56]

8/9/2016 - Interview is Scheduled [Day 97]

9/14/2016 - Interview Day [Day 133]
