You do not have the best of luck when calling... Well nether do I but you seem to get the 1s who just don't have a clue

she actually put me on hold once and then when she returned she just told me this sh*tty thing about processing times and order of the cases

so i guess I really got an intern or someone who just doesn't give a #### about her job

i did file the 8th which would put me at day 74 from filing even tho they didn't receive it the 11th maybe I could just play the pity card and be like but it's 74 days since I filed the application it's only 1 days off 75 days

I was able to put in a service request ONLINE on day 72 or so... if you'd rather avoid talking to them, just use the online system. It will probably let you put in a request now. Just enter the 8th (day you filed) rather than the day they received it. I was able to do this and my request was assigned to an officer for response a week later. Now, they sent me a response via snail mail so I'm still waiting for it...... at this point, I can't fight anymore haha I surrender and will wait patiently for them to approve my EAD whenever they feel like it! Otherwise I will go insane.

I was able to put in a service request ONLINE on day 72 or so... if you'd rather avoid talking to them, just use the online system. It will probably let you put in a request now. It's just silly cause when you put an inquiry online they tell you that it will take them 15 working days or smth to answer that inquiry

Yes, it is insane!! I'm already on day 90, still no word on EAD/AP. When I call them to ask what I should do, they tell me to submit a second service request. When I'm still waiting for the response to the first request!!! WHAT?!?! How is that logical? I think they tell me to submit another one because they don't know what else to say. If everyone submits a million service requests, that's just going to keep adding to their workload and preventing them from processing ANYTHING on time.

ela justificou como mil vezes. Perguntei-lhe Quando devo ligar para pôr inquérito sobre o meu status de caso online exatamente?

em seguida, ela disse que você deve dar-lhe algum tempo e os escritórios locais processar os casos, a fim recebê-los e, geralmente, leva cerca de 6 meses para dar-lhe algum tempo ok? eu estava chateado e disse "obrigado bye"

I called the USCIS every 2 days and receiving the same answer. They know it was you who encouraged me to call them so the same response to the two lol

Why do these ppl keep reading from a script when you call.you pay for services. If they don't want to answer questions and give responsive answers then they need find another job. Like damn!!!!

Congratulations! My AP was approved later in the same day - I'm sure your case will update sometime to day for the AP as well

Hi All,

Day 68 for us from the NOA receipt date, but all we are getting are validation errors on all the three receipts.

However congrats to pk4690 on their EAD approval.

i just Submit a SR today because the first time i called , i was asked to call on 20th of June if i didnt recieve notting, so i just submit my service request today and im waiting patiently to hear from them

Did you talk to a tier 2 or just to the people who initially answer the phone?

i called and i was directed to the customer service who checked and submit a SR on my behalf , the lady also gave me a Case Number and she said i should wait for the next 15-20 days for a reply .

I called USCIS 2 times since last week, both times talked to Tier 2. They said we have to wait 90 days for EAD :/ After 69 days we still cant check the case online

she was like: I can't check it

I told her: that's funny cause the previous officer told me that I was on the day 36 after filing and you say you can't see that information

she apologized like a thousand times. I asked her WHEN I SHOULD CALL TO PUT AN INQUIRY ABOUT my case status online exactly?

then she said you should give it some time and the local offices process the cases in order they receive them and it usually takes around 6 months so give it some time okay?

i was pissed and said "thank you bye"

I think those call center agents on USCIS are just looking info on the website. Because until now my case still unrecognizable on the website so every now and then i call to check and they say same thing like,, Ma'am the case number you asked is still validation error, which is exactly what it say on the website when I check.. So no use calling really
