The first person I spoke with during the call said there was no RFE out,I then ask to be transfer to someone in higher authority. They did,the immigration officer identified herself and requested my address and date of birth. She said the case is been worked on but they have not made a decision as yet and I then asked again if there were in request for more evidence sent out and she said no.I asked both person whom I spoke with today the same question and they said there is nothing out at all.

Well thats good. Your status online doesnt say RFE right? I'd stop worrying about it at this point since you've talked to a couple ISOs and had the same response.

I know. It does take talk that long unfortunately. Just be prepared with whatever they need, because it takes another 30 days to review after they received whatever they asked for. I also did the rfe. In the future, because you will need it, go to the nvc website and check requirements on what to send for each particular things they ask for. Let me know if you need anything else. :)

why the NVC? The NVC does not issue RFEs and the OP's case is at USCIS.

Guess you work at uscis or nvc :) I've found pertinent information on their site, so like I said earlier it's information sharing. Never said I was right either, but when u tell me what I am saying is irrelevant...you are irrelevant...we all don't know, we are here for support. Now you don't need to respond to me, because I don't see you offer any help to the poster. So the fact that you come at me just shows how ignorant you are. Good bye and have a great day!!!

her response is relevant because your response was wrong
