K1 Visa Interview Tomorrow

My fiance has his K1 Fiance Interview tomorrow. We have looked over all the requirements that it says to bring but when it says to bring evidence of our relationship I was wondering what they are looking for in particular. Will they have the documents that we sent in the original packet to USCIS with the intent to marry and how we met or does he need to bring it as well? Because if that's the case, then I will have to mail them to him and reschedule the interview. I guess we are just getting nervous because tomorrow is the day we have been waiting for since March 2015. We just want to make sure we have all that we need.

Does he have any continued relationship evidence he can bring with him? Yes they will have access to the I-129f packet. For the interview you should take continued evidence from that point until now. Chat logs, Phone records, pictures, etc. My fiance also took updated letters of intent to marry.

If he has any new photos of you together, plane ticket or hotel receipts, maybe a letter from friends that know you or a card addressed to both of you? Perhaps he's got some more newer evidence if he just looks around. I wouldn't worry overmuch.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

He did go by himself. He had a very nice woman conduct the interview and he said it was very conversational. She did ask him where I was and he told her that he had called the Embassy (which he did do) and they told him it wasn't required. He also told them that I was working. And she was completely like "oh, okay. No problem." He told me that basically the I-129 Form represented me during the interview. I guess that one of the employees there told him that?? Not sure. Anyways, she asked him how we met which he told her through our mutual friends. She asked for their names and some small details. She also asked how many times we saw each other in person and how we kept in touch. The interview was conducted in English when she realized he spoke English fluently which was her first language. He said it went by very quick and he's really thankful that she was kind and easy going. Then she told him that he would receive an email and he would get the Visa in two weeks and he is approved. The medical office had forgotten to give him a urinalysis until the day he went to get his results from the previous week's exam, so he did it the day before the interview. So she said that they were waiting on it but all was ready to go and still to expect his Visa in two weeks. :dancing:
