To those of us who got rfe and it's currently on review,When should we be expecting our Ead approval? Because am really bored and tired of this waiting period.

They technically have up to 60 days to respond and accept. But I'm guessing about two weeks.

Or maybe we will wake up tomorrow and it's approved...that would be so nice

**Adjusting from initial Q1/changed to B1 then overstay, termination of removal proceedings**

(STAND ALONE i-130/TERMINATION OF REMOVAL)

First met: Totally random by asking for directions, June 2014 while on vacation at Disney World (L)

Engaged: Aug. 21, 2014

Married: Dec. 1, 2014

ICE phone contact: sometime in early Dec. 2014- Co-operated, retained attorney who advised the same.

Filed stand alone i-130: January 2015 (VSC)

ICE home visit, schedule time to go to DHS office and NTA issued, date TBD, was not detained and released on own recognizance within an hour: January, 2015.

NOA1: Feb. 20, 2015.

Transfer to CSC to balance workloads: August 2015

1)First Master Calendar Hearing: Sept. 9, 2015-Continued based on pending i-130, new court date in 6mo.

Congressional Inquiry: Dec 8. 2015

***i-130 APPROVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW: Dec. 21, 2015** :dancing:

2)Second Master Hearing: March 9, 2016- Removal proceedings terminated w/o prejudice based on approved i-130!! Remanded to USCIS to begin AOS process :dance:

(AOS AFTER TERMINATION)

Filed AOS packet: March 16, 2016.

NOA1: March 21, 2016.

Biometrics: April 20, 2016.

RFE Initial evidence: April 21, 2016 for birth cert/translation and Q1/B1 i94s

RFE response received: May 10, 2016.

EAD approval: May 25, 2016- Card arrived at attorney's office! Could not pick up until May 30 because we were at Disney World again :):D

Notice of missing medical exam: July 2016 (Done on purpose to avoid expiration, we will bring it to the interview as stated in notice)

Inquiry about case status: Sept 2016- Case pending interview at local office.

Inquiry about case status again: Oct. 2016- Due to factors not related to your case, anticipate a delay in processing

HAPPY 2YR ANNIVERSARY TO US!!

Infopass #1 at local office: Dec. 19, 2016- Case pending background/security checks, advised when to renew EAD #2

Waiting on interview at local office...... :clock:

Sent EAD renewal: Feb 10, 2016

EAD#2 NOA1: March 3, 2016

INTERVIEW SCHEDULED!!: interview on March 27, 2017

Text notification, new card being produced: March 29, 2017!!!

Case updated today that my husbands I-485 was approved! No interview, no RFEs.
EAD arrived about a week ago.
Good luck to everyone else waiting, my fingers are crossed for speedy approvals! :)

3/21: package received by USCIS

3/29: email/text NOAs

4/1: hard copy NOAs

4/8: bio appointment letter

4/18: biometrics completed

5/11: status update, "ready to be scheduled for interview"

6/3: submitted service request for EAD
6/18: submitted online change of address (AR-11)

6/20: service request response, "your case is currently under review"

6/21: interview scheduled for July 26 (online update)

6/23: hard copy interview notice

6/24: EAD/AP approved, "new card ordered"
6/28: EAD mailed to me
6/30: EAD/AP card delivered
7/26: interview APPROVED!
7/26: new card ordered

7/28: card mailed

8/1: permanent resident card received in mailbox! : )

It's been 12 days since i received the approval, but still no card in production/sent. The approval is valid from 4/28/2016...

02/01/2013: Transferred to the US with L1 visa

10/02/2015: Married to a USC :luv:

02/28/2016: Sent package I-140 and i-485 to Chicago Lockbox

03/01/2016: Package received by USCIS

03/05/2016: NOA received

03/14/2016: Checks went through

04/11/2016: Biometrics done in California

04/20/2016: Online status for i485 changed to 'Ready to schedule interview'

04/28/2016: Called USCIS to change the EAD Eligibility to c09 (made a mistake in my application)

05/02/2016: Received EAD/AP confirmation letter with c09 Eligibility :D

05/11/2016: Online status for I-765 and I-130 updated to 'Approved' as of 4/28/2016

06/08/2016: Online status for I-765 updated to 'Card was mailed' :dance:

06/10/2016: EAD/AP combo card received in the mail :whistle:

10/22/2016: GC Interview in San Jose & Approved on the spot! :jest::D:dance::yes::lol:

10/23/2016: Online status for i485 changed to 'New Card is being Produced'

I got my EAD approval on April 26th (I already have my AP) and still no card in the mail. It'll be three weeks this coming Tuesday. This is extremely frustrating!!

We are all experts in waiting!! Just received communication that my EAD/AP is "in production", judging by the posts I don't need to run to the mailbox anytime soon! Just hope it comes before we move out of our current place.

We will all get there, some with a more bumpy ride than others. Focus on the potential interview coming up.

I now need to start looking at the SSN process in closer detail.

Got my husbands combo card in the mail yesterday was very surprised as we only got the approval updated on the 11th that it was approved on the 9th..we havent even received the NOA2s.

same here, hubby got letter of AP approval on May 6 which was dated May2, then on May 11 he received email/texts that his EAD card was being produced dated April 30.

We have not received his card yet, hopefully this afternoon.

Hubby's Timeline:

January 19, 2013 - Sent I-130

January 23, 2013 - Priority DateJuly 2013 - Approved but ineligible to adjust

March 8, 2016-sent AOS packet ( I-485, I-131, I-765)

March 10 - lockbox received packet

March 17 - notifications received

March 21 - received hardcopies of NOAs

April 1 - received biometrics appointment

April 11 - Biometrics at Buena Park

May 6 - received hardcopy of I-131 approval dated May 2

May 11 - received texts/email - AP Approved, EAD card is being produced (ordered card production April 30)

May 27 - called USCIS tier 2 - service request to reproduce crooked card that was not sent

June 8 - received texts/email/update - EAD card being mailed

June 11 - received EAD/AP combo card

August 23 - Interview is scheduled for Sept. 28

Sept 28 - AOS approved

Could I ask, what is an NOA2? Is it hard copy letters of EAD & AP approvals?

Hi. NOA 2 refers to the 2nd "Notice of Action". There really isn't one in the AOS as there is in during the K1 or CR1. Because after your 1st notification of action, you will either get approved with corresponding cards and docs or just plain denied
