G 325A - Attachments

Hey,

Just thought of sth and I am really worried now - do the attachments you provide with the bio form have to be signed too?I mean attachments about overlapping jobs (workin 2 jobs in the summer)?

Another thing is do u really have to provide your residences for the last 5 years only or places of residence since the day u were born?

Sth thats a ltl offtopic - but do u guys think they would accept DVD as a proof of having met in person?

Sign and date the attatchments. List the last 5 addresses since that is what the form is asking you.

1) From what I've learned, all the attachments should be dated and signed by the petitioner. I think I've heard about someone who got an RFE for not signing the attachments. But again, since there is no written rule about this, other service centres could have different policies about this. Have you sent your paperworks?

2) The form asked for your residence for the last five years, so just list the places you've lived in the last five years! Haha... my family moved from one place to another but I did not mention all of them. I don't think they care so much about this.

3) I really don't think any electronic things could be put as evidence... I've never heard of it, anyways

I have to ditto what the others have said. I would not send a DVD because you don't know if they have the possibility to view it at their desk. Remember, they review your petition at their desks and it is highly inlikely that they have tape, dvd or cd players. Besides, what happens if it were to break in transit?

While I agree with others that they may not review it, it certainly wouldn't hurt to send it in case they do decide to look at it. But don't rely on the DVD as being primary evidence.

Maybe not but that sure as hell would be the best evidence in my opinion. If they accepted DVD's and sent an RFE for more proof I'd just give up!

well thats good but the DVD proves for certain the dates...HOw am i supposed to prove the dates if i cannot use CD that shows the dates of the pics and the videos?everything else i have are boarding passes and passport stamps...nothing w our names and dates on it...

The proof is that you met in person in the last two years. If they accept pictures with handwritten dates then I would suggest taking still shots of that DVD and turning them into pictures. Thank you technology. The boarding passes and passport stamps confirm the dates you put on them. (I still think the DVD is a great idea.)

im sorry i didnt get that - how do u suggest to take those still shots?i mean the way it shows the dates is by seeing the properties of the pic or the movie...do u mean making print screen and then printing it?thats kind of a good idea:)

Oh no... we didn't sign any of the attachments I don't think...

All of my attachments were signed. On the back of each picture I submitted, I wrote the month and year the photo was taken. You could probably do the the same with your DVD still photo.

I'm going to send them the memory card and digital camera. It has the dates listed. Just make sure you explain to the the time zone difference in certain country. USA is 12 hours behind Cambodia. I don't think even they could deny it.

Have you sent your paperworks? If not, you might wanna send the attachments by mail to your fiance/e with one of those express courier services, just to be safe...and for the sake of peace of mind.

But if you have, IMO it wouldn't be a problem, but hold on to the original attachments. If the USCIS do not send you RFE for that, then send them to your fiance/e so he/she could bring them for the interview (just in case).
