Day 80 over here! Service request still not assigned to anyone which is quite irritating!

I'll have to look into that.

So I received my RFE for the EAD. They want my marriage certificate because my last name is not matching.

But due to that I get my Green Card in mail the next 4 weeks, do I still have to answer to this letter ? I asume I can't just ignore it or ?

I don't really suggest ignoring it. You have nearly three months to respond, so I would wait for the GC to come and mail them a photo copy of it and include a letter saying that since you have the GC, which you included a marriage certificate for, you won't need your EAP/AP. I think the people that work the two different cards work in different departments. When you get the GC, your EAD/AP status may automatically update to say your EAD/AP was denied because benefit was received by other means. Then at that point, you could ignore the RFE. I just suggest responding to the letter after you receive your GC because 1) you don't want to leave loose ends with the government (you never know how ridiculous things can bite you in the end) and 2) if the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, then you are being helpful by facilitating the communication!
