And, how long did you receive your EAD after they let you know about your interview?

Wow. Looks like a good weekend for all. Congrats. :)

Our AOS was accepted the last day of December, so I'll likely be one of the latter to hear back. So far, I guess, no news is good news...

On an off topic, it was interesting trying to figure out how to file taxes for my state appropriately for the first weird year.

Hi Guys,

I'm pretty glad because i'm seeing a lot of approvals (EAD)... My daughter got her approval last Feb 29 and today we received the official letter, my only concern is, Today at 6.35pm received a text that my I-485 and I-130 were approved... (This is an AOS for my daughter who is a minor) I'm wondering if is something wrong because we thought the next step was the interview....

Do they interview minors? Or not.... I don't know if I should be happy or not hahahaha just wanted to make sure this is real before telling her something.

What do you guys think?

Congrats!!!!!

My daughter is 14 months old and still waiting for her interview to be scheduled.....

Question:

1. Had you ever received the notice indicated that "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"?

2. When is your petition date?

Thank you very much, once again, BIG CONGRATULATION!!!!
