We sent additional information for our AOS petition on Saturday, January 2nd. Last time I called USCIS about us still not being able to see our case numbers on USCIS, they advised us to mail a letter to NBC. I included a request to update his name on the three petitions, included documentation about the name change case we have underway, and included the photos for EAD and AP. We did three new G-325A's for all of these cases too. They should be receiving the information today. I hope this doesn't delay his biometric letter...

Signature coming soon...

Hi guys who are going to attend biometrics at Atlanta ASC. I just came back today, I arrived at 9am as scheduled, the carpark was full, the queue was so long, I had to stand outside the center which was freezing cold. Please do go there early, I came on time and I waited for around 30 minutes to get into the building to queue. They only allow a batch of people to enter in queue. After it took me around 45 minutes of wait for my turn to do biometrics fingerprint and photo taking. I came out at around 1130am. Total spent of 2 and half hours.

I want to clarify my earlier post. The USCIS rep told us last week that we should send a letter to the NBC regarding my husband's name change because they could not see the case in their system and thus could not make the correction over the phone.

Hopefully this week we will see some MSC action! *hope*!

Hey Amhara,

i just called USCIS. The lady told me it can take up to 30+ days until we can track our case numbers.

...Honestly,that is pretty much what i expected :bonk:

But we stay positive and check the mail box everyday
