It seems there are a fair number of us that have/are moving beyond the 5 month period for the NOA2 approval. Please, those that are near/over the 5 month period, update us when your NOA2 comes in.

Giving PSC an extra week to see what happens and then calling on Feb 1st (pd 08/24) - hoping for an approval before then! Hoping for the same thing for those also over the 5 month period!

I have like almost 4 months in and nothing yet of the NOA2 so please keep

all of us updated and also I can say that I am praying that all of us will get NOA2s soon

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)

    6/9/2016 Case Number and Invoice number received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Sent

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

    6/17/2016 IV BILL PAID

    6/17/2016 IV and AOS packet arrived at NVC

    6/17/2016 Scan Date

    6/20/2016 DS-260 SENT

    6/22/2016 Confirmation that they received the packet

  • *****Embassy <3 <3 *****

    Scan Date: June 17,2016 :ot2::ot2:

    Case Complete: July 22,2016 <3<3<3 35 days since NVC Received it ******

    CASE COMPLETE CONFIRMED IT ON THE PHONE JULY 25,2016

For me is even more weird... My kids got the NOA2 in 17th december and I didn´t until now... My PD is 08/19... I don´t know what to do...

As I know the last approved is September11 pd. They based it on priority date. And now finally uscis website is updated!! I'm so happy coz my hubby don't need to call t2 anymore. Lol! Thank you for such a wondeful info you gave us. And to all who got recently approved your so lucky it will be more faster to send you case to NVC. Congrats to all!

how do you guys know they are updating the website ? ☺️☺️☺️☺️and also I checked but no update yet is it based on transfer date or pd date ?; One of my friends got approved yesterday and made it through the interview ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Thanks @Dropdeadgorgeous. However, I can't see the USCIS website update about Potomac service centre. I checked myUSCIS and even that has no updates. Can you provide more details please.

**EDIT** Link to USCIS site: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=SC still doesn't show Potomac as a service centre
