For high fraud countries it is suggested to front load the petition, meaning send everything to USCIS so the CO at the consulate will

have seen your file before your interview because often they will not accept or take the time to go through more evidence at that time.

A marriage certificate is proof of being married. You also need to submit proof of actually being in a bona fida marriage. I.e. send passport stamps/boarding passes for trips you've taken to see each other, photos, chat/email logs, phone records etc.

If he's from Ghana, FRONT LOAD! Lots and lots of bona fida evidence with the I-130 petition.

That's true Ms Bonsu, Ghana is very tough you must send card email chat record before you start dating phone records. Please make sure you read your chat records you send. You DONT WANT THEM TO PLACE YOU IN AP. Ghana is tough but many have gotten through by following organization skills and front loading like Ms Bonsu said. They want to see the story of courtship and marriage

Administrative processing they will tell u have bring more evidence and wait till they feel like dealing with get everything together the go around. this something u don't want its best to be over prepared for this journey.

Ap is administrative processing and it can happen for many reasons for example mor evidence is needed, you may need a joint sponsor because you don't make enough, etc just different things no one knows until your finished with your interview, that's why it's best to show your journey with your spouse, proof you have met in the required time frame, proof you traveled to Ghana, when and how did you meet, how your journey been with chats, pics of you and him and his family, sometimes proof that your family is agreement with your journey, and his family as well, just gather everything you and sit and form the picture you need the embassy to see and know it's bona fide
