Hello VJs Members i really need help from you guys

I am here in Chicago on B1-B2 visa and my entry will be expire on Feb 20 2016 but since i am here i decide to stay here

Is there anyway i can change my visa status permanent or covert to immigration visa

If someone did it and know process please let me know

My visa is b1 b2 Multiple 1000 entries for 5 years but i don’t want go back for some reason

If your asylum case is deemed 'frivolous' then you'll likely never return to the US.

Also, you'll need a lawyer, and likely a good one.

When I was in Pakistan my brother kidnap and they torture him after few weeks they took money and release him then they call next turn is mine so somehow I got use visa and I came here

But I am so scar to go back now

So why have the Pakistani Government got it in for you?

Because of a lot of cases like yours, Pakistani is struggling to get any country's visas.

I work 28 years at same place,I have my own apartment, money account and 2kids who would stay at our country.Embassy denied my tourist visa,I never wanted to stay at US only for visit.Because of people like you they deny honest people!!!

STOP making drama and return to Pakistan if terrorist can hide somewhere in Pakistan then you can also move to another city... you ran away from your family and their life will be in danger running is not a solution my friend don't get upset on my comments take it advice you can move to any middle east country. peoples are here and waiting for their legal way to get in and stay with their loved one, we can also picked the same option B1B2 and do the AOS in US but we all picked here the legal way to enter US. so please leave the US and let us build the faith.

I am sure at the time of your interview you showed visa officer many fake bank statements and all and you must told him that you will return now you need a political asylum hahahaha very funny
