My AOS was delivered to the Lox Box in Chicago on 10/29/2015. I have not received any email or text notice and it's been 10 days. What should I do if anything. Is there a number to call in these cases?

I just finally got my RFE mail.....I thought I got RFE cos I didn't file my medical record but it was totally different.

It was because I forgot to put my sponsor's name on Page 3 Part 4 ;;;; I was stupid....

Anyways I have question....

It says "Submit a completed and signed Form I-864" does it means I gotta file whole I-864 again?

Also it says "revision date of 07/02/2015"......what's that mean??

yes it means resubmit the entire corrected signed form. The 7/2/2015 is the form date at the bottom middle of the page.

Sometimes RFEs are not that bad! Use a new updated/ revised form I-864 and send it back! Good luck to you.

Thanks for the information about the waiting time for the first Notice of Action. I did not know some were waiting so long. I guess I will just have to be patient in knowing it is there.

Hi guys,

Stupid question: I sent all my paperwork to the Chicago Lockbox for the I-485 and I-765. Everything was received and is being processed and I've had my biometrics appointment. My question is - does the Chicago Lockbox send the paperwork to another field office? I live in California, so I'm not sure which timelines to be checking. Some people have updated according to their location, but I didn't see an option to send the paperwork to a local field office.

I apologise in advance if this has been answered before...

Thanks for your help!

Thank you :)

So I guess since it didn't say anything on paper, I don't have to send medical stuff ;;
