Mailed my Financial & Supporting documents , my postage tracking shows it was delivered and signed by NVC, it's been 3 days. With USCIS I got a received notice/email/text with 24hrs.

When am I excepted to hear from NVC in regards to receiving my mail? also what has been others experience in regards to how long it to for NVC to review all your documents ?

You should be getting an e-mail today or tomorrow.

Recently 20-21 days is the time we have seen for NVC to review your documents.

My documents arrived at NVC, waiting for a scan date! It seems like it takes about a day or two after arriving for them to scan it?

Hopefully 20 day reviews will continue and it's my last month in NVC! Though I do have a cosponsor, so thinking that may slow down the review a littler . . . Maybe second to last month in NVC, lol.

We're on the same boat! Ours arrived but have yet to be scanned...we also have a joint-sponsor, hope that won't delay us both too much! :)

I'm really glad. My daughter's IV fee was finally accepted and I could do her DS-260. Now both our cases are ready from our side.

The only thing that I'm worried about is that I sent her documents before mine, August 24, and they never acknowledge the receipt, even though they did it for mine.

I guess I have a new reason to call NVC now, hmpf.

I think we can all make a case for financial loss, although i might call it an investment. :)

Clarification: I meant "financial loss" for visiting my wife every 3 months. ;) If anything, i would like to plead with the consulate to expedite the interview date, not sure if that will be necessary. Just thinking ahead

Hoping all of us can spend Thanksgiving and/or Christmas with our loved ones this year!

(Copying My Post from a different thread)

Hi,

I have not seen this in here yet, so I am not sure if you know about it, but did you know NVC's phone directory has changed?

I freaked out at first because I was following the NVC wiki when I heard the differences, but here they are:

Call 603-334-0700

They will say if this is for a nonimmigrant case please call 603-334-0888

After that they will say for English Press 1, for Spanish (Espanol) press 2

Followed by a Spanish interpretation of what was just said.

The new phone options:

Press 1 for information on your case if it is at embassy or consulate

Press 2 to confirm that NVC has received any mail that was sent to them

Press 3 for choosing an agent or asking about invoice number (the selection I chose to find out my case number)

Press 4 to confirm or set an interview date

Press 5 to verify your priority date

Press 6 to change your mailing address

Press 7 for any other questions

Press 0 to hear the options again

hi saylin.can you answer it for me plzz

I already submitted my uncle's DS-160 (for B1/B2 visa) with a particular date (X) as 'Intended Date of Arrival'. But I am unable to get a visa appointment before that date. So, should I submit the DS-160 again? or is it okay they can correct it at embassy ?
