How much FB logs are needed?

I'm about to send in I-129F forms along with many evidences. I not only have the pictures of two of us, but also with my fiancee's family members, friends etc.. which were taken at my engagement ceremony. Do I still have to send 500+ pages of Facebook chat messages we had? or few pages would be sufficient? I think it's really crazy if I have to send all that chat messages...

I recently read about someone whose proof of relationship package was 600+ pages... I guess it depends. You can choose the most relevant conversations or all of them. It depends on you.

I sent two pages a month... I had 9 months so I guess 18 pages. That's really it. Just enough to prove that you've had continuous communication. 500 pages is ridiculous... and stupid. It may even take longer to get approved since their is so much they have to go through.

The 600+ package ( all 12 pounds of it) was me but we had a K1 denial and re filed.

Some embassies require a lot but for the Philippines you don't need that much.

Pull some chats out from when you met to current, a few per week or so to show a nice flow of the growth of your relationship.

We only used the first page if the chats went beyond one page as long as the dates were showing, that yahoo and skype not FB.

500 pages is way too much.

We sent one page per month of Skype and Viber logs, around 16 pages total. We didn't send any FB chat logs.

I didn't send any fb chats. I had about 12 pictures of us with family. 1 page of our texts msgs in the form of screen shots taken from my phone, 1 page of Viber msgs again in screen shot form from my phone and about 10 pages of Skype, copied and pasted into a word document that covered the beginning until the day I sent off the package. I randomly printed page #s. We were approved at USCIS with no RFE and are currently at NVC waiting for the case to be sent to the embassy.

I believe for us, it's quality over quantity. My fiance will take the fb chats to interview with him and more pictures.

It's really your choice. There is no right or wrong way when it comes to the evidence you send. It's about what YOU feel confident in sending.

Neither of us used FB.

For conversation evidence...

we sent about 20 pages of Skype chat logs, and another 20 pages of emails.

Other general reminders:

1. For eventual visa interviews in poor and non-Visa Waiver Program countries, "front-loading" the I-129F petition package with evidence of your bona fide relationship can be prudent. USCIS will not care about this extra information but will forward it to the consulate, where the consul will review it before the visa interview.

2. Consulates can (and do) ignore relationship evidence that's brought to the interview. However, they cannot refuse a visa by trying to deny knowledge of evidence that USCIS has seen.

3. Regarding what evidence to include, choose material that YOU want the consul to see. Remember that consuls are "human lie-detectors" who might seize on any real or perceived weakness in your file to refuse the visa.

4. I-129F evidence should absolutely exclude ANY references to each other as "husband" or "wife," even if these are cutesy or expressed between you in fun. If the consul suspects that you're married, he or she can refuse the visa on that basis, and you'll be struggling with the need to "prove a negative."

I was also thinking about that... but then I want to make sure it doesn't get rejected due to insufficient evidence while NOA2 was being reviewed. just in case... don't want to take any chance.

I want to thank you for the listed bullet points. Especially No. 4. My fiancee calls me hubby or husband, not because I am, just for fun... Not just few times but she does that many times in the whatsapp logs, kakaotalk logs, etc... too much/many to redact and will take some time for me to work on before I can send out what I want the consulate officer to see as you mention in 3. I think I should send boarding pass, hotel bills, Skype logs, and FB logs "only" from our early relationship.

Facebook like most documents are easily forged, I wouldn't send any facebook chats. I might bring a few pages to interview.
