Guys i lost my Form I-797C Notice of Action Paper . Is there any way to get another 1 ? who should i contact regarding this?

If that's a NOA 1 . I think there is no reason for you to worry as long as you know your USCIS case number to check the status.

Eventually we are supposed to get NOA 2 and letter from NVC . And i think NOA 2 "Letter of Acceptance " is important but case received notification is not the thing that we need to worry about.

I just received an update from USPS and it said that my application will be delivered on Monday, which is a 13th. At least it is not a Friday and I hope that number 13 on a Monday will be a blessing (

Married Argentinian husband in 2010

1st Daughter born 2013 (no CRBA)

2nd Daughter born 2015 (no CRBA)

Visa process 2015

I-130 sent: July 14th (delivered July 17th by DHL)

Checks Cashed: July 22nd

NOA1 received: August 5th via mail - California Service Center

NOA2 received: August 18th via email

NVC Received Package: September 4th.

Got NVC Case Number over the Phone: September 21st.

Paid AoS Bill / Send DS261: September 21st.

Paid IV Bill: October 23rd.

Submitted DS-260: October 30th.

Sent AoS and IV Packages: November 10th.

Received Checklist: December 3rd.

New Scan Date: December 4th.

Case Complete: December 31 (they said the cases were completed since Dec. 17th but something was missing in one of them)

Medical Examination: February 2nd.

Interview Date: February 29th

Wow firstly congrats to those who've received their NOA2.

Any idea if anyone from TSC got their NOA2 :( applied first week of July and still waiting for NOA2! So damn annoyed that it got send to darn Texas...aaahhh.

I actually got two emails, one minute apart, for the NOA2. No text (don't know if that's because my mobile number is Canadian?). It's funny because I was just about to check status and I saw I had email so I looked there first. I'm not sure if my husband (petitioner) got email this time though (and he's on a call right now so I can't ask him).
