Mine was delivered on July 2nd. It was then forwarded to Nebraska. Hope it will be a fast one because I just requested expedite. Anybody knows or have an experience with that process?? Please share.

They will usually get back to you within 5 days and if your expedite meets the criteria they have listed, then they will ask you to submit supporting evidence if you haven't already done so.

Hi i'm a USC filing for i-130 for parents living abroad. Here is the time line of my application. Hope this will help you guyz to calculate your's time line.

07/20/15--------------> Case filed and mailed standard shipping to USCIS Illinois

07/28/15--------------> Case received and check cashed. (Priority date July 27)

07/30/15--------------> NOA 1 received. (case transferred to Nebraska )

08/20/15--------------> CASE APPROVED (we'll mail the detail)

So since my case is already approved when should i expect to receive my NOA 2 and can anyone give me tentative date how long will it take to receive the case number for NVC. Since im hearing immediate relative doesn't have to wait for visa number because they becomes available immediately.

Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

This is the exact message that it says when i check online so my question is since my case is already approved when should i expect to receive my NOA 2 and can anyone give me tentative date how long will it take to receive the case number for NVC.
