CHANGE OF ADDRESS after approval & before POE!?!

HELP! My family just decided to move and so we have a new intending address that is different from the address we used on ALL the forms for my husband's IR-1 visa! Even the packet he will hand over at point of entry has the old address. Who should we inform of the change?! I couldn't find a specific answer on the official sites but I found this form http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/ar-11_sr.pdfwould that something?! Or, can my husband just provide a the new address at POE?! Thank you in advance, you all are so helpful!!!

Inform them at POE and them follow up with USCIS after his entry with the AR-11 online. Congrats!
