Is that typical? I thought they only require tax transcripts?

SS usually sends you one every couple of months. Also, wouldnt he get some sort of stub with his benefits? You can also access you ss account online, I think.

This process is so frustrating, it gets you on edge. There must be a way to resolve this in less than that time.

ss benifits goes straight to his account, no stub. Also he tried accessing it online and he received a notification that he's not able to do so

Hey guys and gals still waiting, I already paid all fees and submitted all paperwork to NVC check out my timeline I just update-it. It seems that once people get their approval letter they forget about posting or updating their status on here. Best of luck to everyone and happy holidays. :joy:

My case status is still "MyCase Was Received At My Local Office"

"On October 1, 2015, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxx, at your local office."

Should I be worried?? it took more than 60 days now

USCIS no longer has to do with your case so you won't be seeing any updates from them. You should have called 6 weeks ago on NVC that now deals with your case. Please research this website or the nvc website for the following steps

Filed: Timeline

I couldn't be bothered to neatly record the timeline in detail but filed in early April for my mother and the latest info is the email from NVC confirming they received and finished reviewing all documents, which I sent to them via email. In their letter, they said the info was being forwarded to the Embassy to schedule an interview. Note that I accidentally left one section on the I-864ez form blank but they asked that I fill it out and print it so that my mother can present it in person at the time of the interview.
