I received IV invoice email on friday. I am still not able to pay IV fee. Total amount selected "$0.00". Does anyone know why this is happening ?

Did you try different browsers?

Sometimes websites are not thoroughly tested in all browsers.

Yes I tried in four different browsers - Chrome, IE, Firefox and Safari. See the same "total amount selected: $0.00" for IV. Unable to pay online.

It took me about 3 days after I received the email to be able to pay it online.

Not including weekends, so you should be able to do it sometime this week. But keep calling them

Today our AOS fee is showing a 'N/A' but the IV section still carries the 'paid' and 'completed'. Would anyone know what this would mean? Hoping and praying for a CC

Scan date will be today's date. You will receive an email from NVC within 2 or 3 days with today's scan date.

For IR-1CR-1 visa applicants, priority date means nothing during the process as there are an unlimited amount of visas available per year for that visa type.

I suspect that this is a standard expectation that frontline staff are told to offer.

That is the information that I was given when I hit a few snags in processing. When I called back an got to an actual supervisor we were able to determine that the processing had not gone as planned and they were able to process record while I was on the phone. So in our case, no it only took us calling back and being persistent.
