Can someone call and Confirm that I130 are being transferred from Nebraska. My wife is away so she can't do any follow up. I know the members here would be grateful. Can someone in the US call the USCIS? I dont want to bearing any incorrect news so please confirm

If God takes us to it, He'll bring us through it. He'll never take us where His grace cannot reach and keep us

Did you receive an email or letter stating that your case is being transferred?

Sometimes if a case has been with a service centre for a long time it will be automatically transferred to a service centre that has less of those cases to deal with. Unless you have had a letter or email regarding your case, I wouldn't worry too much about whether it's being transferred.

I don't think anything has been transferred. I just think they messed up on the timelines on the site when it was updated....or possibly they are trying to hide a slowdown at NSC...which would suck because a bunch of us are there.

I didn't get an email, stating same. It's ridiculous though because we have been waiting long enough. Do they think that life is easy on people? I am praying that God grants us His favor soon

Hi everyone! Just an update. My husband received the hardcopy of our I-130 approval from USCIS/NSC. We got approved April 10, 2015 and we received hardcopy today April 20, 2015. He lives in California. How long do you think we should wait before we call the NVC and if we get the Case Number and IIN, what do we do with it? Just a little out of sorts with it. Hope you can fill us up. Dont they send the Case Number and IIN in NVC packet? What's the advantage of getting the case number and IIN before the packet arrives? Thanks.

May I ask if you did a direct consular filing or asked for it to be expedited?
