My latest notes on my case:
Submitted 221g additional docs 10/19/15 and was received by USEM 10/22/15. Got a call from USEM admin officer telling me that what I submitted was wrong, they meant that I have to change totally to another joint sponsor which was not what CO said during interview and the email did not specify that I totally have to change to another Joint sponsor so I wrote a formal letter to USEM explaining the confusion. I sent letter 10/23/15 and was received 10/27/15. Got another call from USEM explaining in reply to my letter to clarify what happened. But still been requested to totally find another Joint Sponsor.
Submitted a new Joint Sponsor 11/9/15 and was received by USEM 11/11/15. No call from USEM but my CEAC Status date changed to 11/13/15. No status change, still AP until now (11/25/15).
More updates soon...

Add'l update:
Called USEM for follow-up 12/01/15

Got EAD Stamp : Yes,Passport Stamp
Biometrics Taken : No
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : Took about two house in the waiting area together with about 30 or more others because there was only one officer entertaining and reviewing the files. But after about 2 hours, when other officers arrived, like 3 or 4 of them at same time, it only took less than 10 minutes or less to be cleared. The officer after searching my name.on the system and looking at my pacmer deyails, he just asked a few questions regarding where ro stay and how much money i carry, how many years married, I got stamped after.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
