Thank you so much for your help. I spoke to her this morning and she will help me. she is saint compared the man I spoke with yesterday. She is a sweet woman and understands what we are going through and is willing to help. I have hope of getting cc soon.

Excellent! I hope the next thing you hear from them is CC.

The hardest part of the waiting is not knowing. I know logically that we sent them exactly what they asked for, we confirmed with them twice what they wanted, and both people said the same exact thing even when I said that the checklist was strangely worded. The second lady said she knew it was strangely worded but not to worry, that we had sent the right things.

And I logically know that if they needed more income evidence that's what they would have asked for, instead of asking us for schedules that we should have sent in the first place and a new form for something we left blank.

But the logic just doesn't seem to matter and I still can't help but worry that we will get another checklist and my husband will leave and I will be without him for a large chunk of the year. :(

Sigh.

I am the beneficiary. My husband is the petitioning USC.

I'm praying every chance I get for you and those in AP like EOC and others waiting for their CC etc. I don't understand either it doesn't make any sense but as we know nothing they do makes any sense.

Like why are they selling Visa's to criminals as long as they have enough money? Why are they giving these same criminals permanent Visa's if they have more money and have more than a certain amount of workers working in their companies? They will never make sense or logic, I think only prayer will help us all. The pain of not knowing is the worst pain of all and my heart breaks for you. :(t5063.gif

Please pray for all those who need are prayers so much, God will listen when many pray. :)t5063.gif

No matter your faith please take a moment today to say a prayer for all those struggling in this nightmare of a process and special prayers for

EOC, SharksBelow, BRosa, Natasha&Noor, Maharosa, nicholemariev sorry if I forgot someone but please also say prayer for the peaceful

good people of the Middle East suffering because of the few power hungry SOB's and the worst countries for AP Egypt and Nigeria.

Thank you in advance. smileys-praying-931534.gif

Thank you so much, Soloenta. I will be praying for everyone. There is no greater gesture of love for our brothers and sisters at NVC (and Middle East) than prayer.

There is no off topic here but just curious have you ever been to Rocio and if so what is it like? I was named after the Virgin del Rocio and was wondering what the place was like. :D

I loooove this post...even though I have gone through some tough circumstances with all this immigration stuff I hate to hear people saying mean things and calling the NVC workers bad names. Ive lost it a time or two myself but it really irks me to see people that are the immigrants themselves saying awful things about the USA because of the broken immigration process.

I always tell whatever phone operator I get on the line thank you for the thankless job they do and that I hope that they have a good day.I dont always feel like saying it but I do lol.

I just spoke with NVC. I sent them an additional AOS package for good measure while I'm waiting for the supervisor to review the one that's already there (just to confirm that the signature is not a copy!!!) I asked if they could expedite my case via the most recent AOS package I sent since it is just confirming a signature and they said they didn't have any measures like that in place? I asked what the backlog currently looked like and if there was a possibility I'd hear back before the 60 days were up. He said that it wasn't likely and the best I could hope for was 55 days....

All this for a stupid signature...wow.
